In the Special General Meeting held on May 23, the Membership gave a 93% approval for the Redevelopment Project to proceed. This allows the Club to relocate to Takanawa for the duration of the Azabudai construction period and for Mitsubishi Estate Co., Ltd. (MEC) to construct a condominium. MEC confirmed that they shall provide a pre-public offering to Members for the condominium, the details of which will only be published when the full design of the condominium is known.
